Hi, I’m Debi, I was born and raised in South Africa where my fitness career began. I now consider myself a Texan as this has been my home for the last 9 years. To keep myself in shape, I love to road bike, run marathons, HIIT train and lift weights. In my downtime, you'll find me reading motivational and fitness books, cooking healthy food, and if the sun is out, you'll definitely find me enjoying something outdoors.
My love for fitness grew over the years and my passion is working to change people's lives; I believe that living an active, healthy lifestyle is where it all begins. I enjoy working one-on-one with clients and creating close bonds that allow us to discuss and crush their challenges and celebrate their accomplishments. I also love the energy of group fitness training and seeing athletes grow and thrive through the friendships they make in the fitness studio.
I decided to move some of my workouts online to be able to help more people live the lifestyle that leads them to their best life. I know that a healthy body and mind can help you achieve your full potential.
As a busy mom of 4, I know that sometimes we feel guilty to spend time on ourselves but my workout programs really don’t need to take up more than 30 minutes of your day, 3-5 days a week. They are totally adaptable to your availability. You just have to make the choice to make your health a priority and I want to help you with the details.
